Croft Bungalow is a self catering holiday cottage in the centre of the popular village of Birchover. It is ideally placed to explore the Peak District and has fantastic walking and cycling from the doorstep, or with the very best the Peak District has to offer just a short drive away. There are two real ale foody pub within 100metres for those log fire and beer or non-cooking evenings.
Croft bungalow has been heavily adapted to be accessible for guests with mobility needs and /or wheelchairs, and has an autism friendly award winning sensory garden, landscaped with wheelchairs and powerchairs in mind.
Often our guests have friends or family in the area, and use Croft bungalow as a base for visiting (and having visits from) them. Our large garden is a suntrap with a gas barbeque, a wheelchair friendly picnic bench and a wine wall. (Specifically designed for sitting on drinking wine while enjoying the open country view and listening to the birds, lambs and calves in the next field, and the sounds of nature all around)
