Croft Bungalow Terms and conditions

All bookings at Croft Bungalow are on the condition that the following terms and conditions are accepted

It is the Guest’s’ responsibility to ensure that each member of their party is aware of and accepts the Terms and Conditions and the obligations contained therein.

The Owners reserve the right to cancel a booking without compensation, other than refunding any monies already paid.

The Owners of Croft Bungalow accept no responsibility for personal injury to the holiday maker or any of his/her party, or loss of or consequential loss or damage to their property,  or for other matters over which the Croft Bungalow has no control, during their stay at Croft Bungalow.

Terms and conditions apply to Guests and all members of their party (including any day visitors, who must be pre-approved with Owners).

Parts of the garden at Croft Bungalow are uneven and not suitable for wheelchair access, young children or anyone with mobility impairments.  It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that they stay on the levelled garden area unless they are able to manage in the uneven area.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.
Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit of £100 has been paid.
The balance of the holiday is due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.  (If a booking is made within 6 weeks of the start date of the holiday then payment in full is required at the time of the booking)
Not paying the balance by the due date may mean losing the deposit and the booking.
The booking price includes all heating and electricity and towels and bed linen.
In the event of the bungalow not being available through events within the control of Croft Bungalow or outside the control of Croft Bungalow (such as natural disasters, weather preventing access, storm damage etc) guests will be offered a full refund on any monies paid.  However we will not be able to offer any compensation.
When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summary by email to the email address you provide in the booking form. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.

Arrival and departure

All arrivals are 3pm and afterwards, and all departures are 10am or before – unless other times are agreed seperately.

It is strongly recommended that guests either have adequate travel insurance or take advantage of the booking refund protection scheme that we offer (it comes up as an option when booking) to protect themselves against cancellation costs as unfortunately we are not able to return any monies paid.

Changing a booking

We understand that sometimes guests need to change their booking and we will help them do this provided the new dates are available and it is more than 6 weeks until the original booking.  There may be an extra payment for the new dates to match the brochure price.  We do not charge an administration fee for changing a booking, but if it is in less than 6 weeks before the original booking date we reserve the right to keep the original deposit if we are unable to relet the property.  We would strongly recommend guests take out cancellation insurance to protect themselves against having to cancel and change dates.

  • Fouling Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in the property
